Where do you ship?

RUE BÉNI ships within the United States and to supported international destinations. Shipping options and rates are calculated separately at checkout based on destination and the selected method. See our Shipping Policy for current details.

How long does order processing take?

Most customized orders require approximately 3–7 business days for production before shipment. Larger orders or high-volume periods can take longer. Transit time begins after production and varies by destination and shipping method.

How do I know my size?

See our Guide des Tailles. Fit is style-specific: most RUE BÉNI tops are intentionally relaxed, boxy, or oversized, while bottoms follow their own garment measurements. Product-specific sizing takes priority.

Should I size up for an oversized hoodie?

Usually no. If a hoodie is designed as oversized, your usual size is intended to create that silhouette. Compare the garment measurements rather than automatically buying a larger size. See How Should an Oversized Hoodie Fit? and our measuring guide.

What does GSM mean in clothing?

GSM means grams per square metre and measures fabric weight. Higher GSM generally means more fabric mass, but it is not a quality score by itself. RUE BÉNI uses different weights depending on the intended silhouette, from lighter waffle layers to 500+ GSM heavyweight pieces. Read What Does GSM Mean in Clothing?.

Is 500 GSM too heavy for a hoodie?

It depends on climate, layering and personal preference. A 500 GSM hoodie is a true heavyweight garment with substantial structure and warmth. If you prefer easier layering, a 345–350 GSM fleece may be a better fit. See the 500 GSM hoodie guide.

What is the difference between boxy and oversized?

Oversized describes scale; boxy describes shape. A boxy garment is usually wide with controlled length, while an oversized garment may add volume across the chest, shoulders, sleeves and length. See Boxy Fit vs Oversized Fit.

How should I wash heavyweight streetwear?

Always follow the product-specific care instructions. Many RUE BÉNI pieces call for a gentle 30°C wash, low tumble-dry heat and no bleach. Turn printed garments inside out and avoid direct heat on graphics. See How to Wash Heavyweight Streetwear Without Ruining It.

Can washed or distressed pieces vary slightly?

Yes. Mineral-wash, sun-fade and distressed finishes can create subtle tonal or surface variation between garments. That variation is part of the intended worn-in character. Learn more in Mineral Wash vs Sun Fade.

Can I return my order?

Eligible returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy. Review the policy before returning an item.

Do you offer direct exchanges?

No. If you need a different size or item, return the eligible original order according to the return policy and place a new order.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, tracking information is sent by email. Allow 24–48 hours for carrier tracking to begin updating.

Are duties and import taxes included?

For supported international markets, RUE BÉNI currently uses Shopify Markets pricing configured to include duties in the international price and taxes where applicable based on the destination country. Your checkout total reflects the store's current market pricing for the selected destination. Carrier handling or charges imposed outside the Shopify checkout flow may still be outside RUE BÉNI's control.
