RETURN & REFUND POLICY RUE BÉNI — EST. PARIS
Our Standard Every RUE BÉNI piece is made with intention. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — within the terms below.
Return Window Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. Items requested after 30 days will not be eligible for return or refund.
Eligibility To be accepted for return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Free from odors, stains, or signs of wear
Return Shipping Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — RUE BÉNI is not responsible for packages lost in return transit.
Restocking Fee All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the credit.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, return your original order (subject to the terms above) and place a new order.
Final Sale There are no final sale items in our catalog. All eligible items may be returned per the terms above.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your support email] with your order number and photos. We will resolve it at no cost to you.
